Last year we camped about 100 miles from home. When we got ready to leave my truck would not start. ERS towed my truck&trailer to my home. No charge! There was a town nearby with a shop I'm sure.
Under the new rules what would ERS do?

Thak you for the post barrymadsen. No new rules, our program still provides towing to the nearest independent professional service center capable and willing to repair your vehicle. The service center or "tow to location" is determined on a case by case basis using the specific variables unique to each disablement. If anyone reading this has any questions regarding the towing portion of our program benefits please contact me via private message. Thank you, Zach

I guess we were just lucky. We went thru several cities on the road home
the two tow truck drivers never mentioned stopping at a repair shop or us paying anything.
