OK the PO "repaired" the rear section of the trailer but a nightmare is what is really is ....could be worse .
The rear section has a single large window under this he sheeted the lower section of the trailer with plywood (33"x84"). leaving it exposed to the weather . looking around seems the lower framing is all removed , he had the sheet screwed in to the benchs and corner framing.
after opening the inside I found bother corners rotted almost floor to ceiling .
Yesterday I opened everything up out side . replacing the two corners.
Now I think it would be best for me to re-frame the back , removing the sheet of plywood and tin the out side ..
so anyone have some pictures showing the framing of the rear with a single window .
Once I figure out how to post pictures I'll upload what I can.

It may be helpfull to know what brand, model, year trailer you have. I don't think all manufacturers build things the same way.

Here is a picture from a fellow Sunline owner when he rebuilt the rear of his unit. If all you had in the back was a sheet of plywood then you may have to design your own "rebuild". Some framing is hard to see with the insulation. His rebuild was mostly under the window where there is no insulation in the picture.

I haven't tackled a TT,just a tent trailer,new roof,front and floor. There are a couple of tools for putting it back together that are really handy, Kreg pocket hole jig,Lee Valley or KMS and a narrow crown air stapler,Princess Auto or KMS. Good luck.
