We are leaving later today for a trip, but I have the trailer hooked up to my truck already. Since the TT battery was low from sitting in storage for a few weeks, is there a danger of the TT draining my tow vehicle battery? I have the factory tow-package.

Thanks!

Probably not in just a few hours, but if possible I would plug the TT in and let it charge.
Definitely check the water in your batteries and add distilled water as needed. Have fun.

If your TT battery were to go dead, then the trailer would draw from your truck battery. Once the truck is running both will charge.

If it's the truck in your signature, it will draw from the truck battery. Fords don't let that happen unless the key is on. It shouldn't be a problem for one night. It will charge as you drive, but will take many miles to recharge your trailer battery. I always unhook the umbilical cord if I stay hooked up just to be safe.

Some TVs have a relay to isolate the trailer from it. You would need to verify on your rig that it is equipped with one. If it doesn't have a relay the trailer battery will try to equalize with the TV's battery.
I would suggest unplugging from the TV until you determine wwhether you have a relay or some type of solid state isolator.
I would suggest a relay over a diode based isolator.

I was under the impression new Chevy's had a 10 min shut off of battery drain to keep you from running it down. I know everything else in the truck will shut off after this amount of time including the Acc plugs, not sure on the trailer plug.

Not at the trailer connection ~ it's always hot.

My ford 2010 F150 will disconnect the trailer battery connection after a few minutes of turning off the ingition key. When driving my trailer battery will receive a charge from the truck alternator system. Not all trucks will do this and some are always on... My truck start battery is safe from being run down by the trailer connection. When on the alternator system will charge both battery systems when the ingition key is off the truck will disconnect from the trailer battery system.

Most late model Fords and Dodges have relays.
GM products normally do not have isolation.
