Consumers Union is publisher of Consumer Reports. I do not believe that they review tires of larger sizes for our motorhomes. Think they review only passenger car tires.
I know nothing about Samson tires, but you will find a good following around here of folks who have Sumotomo tires on their motorhomes. Sumotomo, a Japanese company, is one of the largest tire manufacturers in the world. http://www.sumitomotire.com/about.aspx
