I saw they had replacement BAL scissor jacks on sale, so I ordered 2 pair for my trailer Thursday night... Paid the regular ground shipping... AND they got here TODAY!

I just came from PPL. I consigned my rig with them. What a place, they are so efficient and well organized. They treat you like a customer from the second you walk through the door. I never had to wait for anything. Every appointment is kept right on time. They then follow up with e-mails to keep you informed of what they are doing. Their parts store is humongous, I noticed they had a hell of a lot of specials stacked up with deep discounts. So far I am very happy with them.

Fortunately (or unfortunately as the case may be for my wallet  ) I live close enough to PPL to not have to have stuff shipped. They are a good outfit to work with in person. I love their parts department. And one of their service writers actually saved my from spending money I didn't need to.
