Both companies have a very good reputation for delivering what they promise and very low prices. I purchased my Rockwood from RV Direct MAINLY because I had a trailer I wanted to trade in and RVW did not deal with trades.

They delivered the trailer they promised, on time and at the agreed on price (almost). In order to make the delivery date they had to substitute a different trailer for the one I ordered so I got a couple of options on the trailer that I had not ordered (at no charge). The trailer has been near perfect from day one.

Good luck / Skip

since RVW and RVDirect are discussed on a daily basis, you'll get your answers faster by using the search feature.

it will take you weeks of waiting, to get the amount of posts, that are already available here.

i'm kinda surprised that someone who's been a member here since 2004, wouldn't be using the search feature, for a subject that's discussed so often.

I bought my MH from Albany RV which is RV Direct and RV One, in 2004. I was happy with their after the sale service and if I were to buy another RV (which is unlikely) I would definitely consider them.

Bought from RV Direct back in November 2006, took a 838 trip from GA to Elkhart, saved a bunch. Would do it again if we ever felt the need to upgrade.

We bought from RVW twice and they did exactly what the said even though the local dealer said they wouldn't sell at the quoted price. Had no problem with getting waranty or service work done.

Mr Steven, another wholesaler not mentioned is Holman RV in Batavia, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinatti. They carry a hugh inventory, take trades & cut right to the bottom line price without any hassle. I drove 1200 miles from FL, spent the week-end hooked up on there property (to get any bugs out) and had a very pleasent experience. Check out Holman online. Good luck!
