Bajarat, take a look at PPLmotorhomes.com in Houston. They have a 2004 Country Coach Allure number D120 that has Aqua-Hot, dark cabinets, 40 ft., etc., for $99,495 (asking). Check out there other units on the website.
Like anything else, if you can go a few more bucks there is a nice 2003 Monaco Executive, 500 HP Cummins, 45 ft., 3 slides for $114,999. Nice!

2008 Monaco Dynasty, 42.2 ft., 4 slides, 425 hp clean-air Cummins diesel
2013 Honda CR-V EXL, AWD, w/Nav, SMI Air Force One vacuum-assisted braking
American Coach, Newmar, any of the Monaco brands (i.e. Beaver, etc.), or Country Coach. Keep in mind that a couple of those mentioned did go bankrupt a couple of years ago, so warranty coverage is you problem. Don't go by the published price as in this market prices should and will be negotiable. Try PPL motorhomes website as they have a large selection.
Today is my personal best for most consecutive days alive.
Hi, We found a 2001 Beaver Contessa 40' with 2 slides and decked out with it all.........immaculate shape.....under $70,000....31000 miles.
They are out there...it took us 6 months of hard daily looking for the right one a the right price......good luck
You mentioned Quality Coach. We all have different perceptions of Quality, so suggest you first choose the manufacturer and models that meet your criteria for quality.
Sit down, come up with a list of Must Have's and Nice to Have's. Both of you agree on this, or do independent grading of coaches as you see them, then compare your ratings. We did a simple Excel sheet, and if the coach had an item, we gave it 1 point. But, for those items that either of us felt were very important, we allowed up to a 5 point weighted rating for that item. (DW wanted a large galley, so 5 points. I wanted tag and side radiator, so 5 points each.)
On age. IMO (and OK if it is not yours) I was more concerned with 'Staying in budget, while hitting quality.' So, I took on an attitude of dropping years to retain quality while remaining within budget. I also retained an allowance to baseline any maintenance and making it our coach.
I have opinions on what Quality meant to me. So if you search my earlier posts, you can read those if you like. But, it is your two opinions that matter.
Some great coaches out there. Focus on condition, condition, condition, as long as it meets your combined lists. And yes, we did compromise on some of the 'Nice to Have's' - and are OK with that... Because getting out and getting going is what these things are for... Don't lose 6-9 months looking. Do your homework, get out and look, and get some wheels under your legs!!!
