im looking for the best route to tow my tt from CT to Deleware. cheapest tolls and least stress. i prefer not to go over GW since tolls are so much. does anyone know if you can tow a tt over the tappanzee bridge or is there another way? heading down there 4th of july weekend.

Yes you can tow over the Tappanzee...no problem. Then take I87 - 287s - I78w - Northeast extension of the Pa turnpike to I495 in Philly to I95s to Delaware. For me, there ain't no good way to get to Delaware.

do u know what the toll for tappenzee is towing a tt?

Don't know about the Tappenzee, but if you elect to use the Delaware Memorial bridge between Jersey and Delaware, check your toll receipt closely. Some RVers have been reporting unbelievable charges when going south. In cases where they contest the tolls, they've eventually gotten a refund, but tons of hassle and frustration.

I forgot about that. Going east, the toll for my motorhome a toad was $24.50.

No toll west bound GW just time your trip to avoid the traffic,
