Full hookups preferred, water and 30A at the site is a must. Any recommendations?
Right now I am looking at the Toronto West KOA. My trip is not really for camping, but I will be visiting family in Toronto so will be away at least some of the time.
I am looking to book within the next couple of days.

Glen Rouge Campground is on the east side of town, and is very nice. Big sites, water and electric, but no sewer.

Milton Heights--
Close to GO train.
Stayed for several days in 2003 while visiting Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Milton Heights is probably your best choice unless your family is in the east end of Toronto.
The "GO" commuter train/bus service from Milton into the city is reasonably convenient. http://www.gotransit.com/
Within the city the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) has very good bus/streetcar/subway service. http://www.ttc.ca/
There is also Bronte Creek Provincial Park but you will have 30 amp electrical only. Ontario Provincial parks do not have water or sewer hook ups.

Indian Line Campground is the closest campground to the city of Toronto (downtown). It is run by the TRCA (Toronto Region Conservation Authority).
There are 30 & 50 amp sites, all have water and electric many have sewer, pump out, pool, security, large reservoir lake and close to hwys 427,400,401 to get you to wherever you are going.
There are also bus routes to take you into the city and\or subway stations.
Although so close to the city, the campground has many trees and treed sites, as well as open sites.
It also has many sunbirds from the U.S.A.

Thanks to all respondents so far. This is fantastic. Looks like KOA might be out now that I know about Milton Heights and Indian Line. Thought about Glen Rouge but I prefer a place with sewer this trip. My family is in Willowdale (west side) so Indian Line is the closest so far.
Indian Line looks very interesting indeed. Looks like there is some nice conservation areas to explore as well. I am excited!!

just as an FYI with Milton Heights and the Toronto Wst KOA you wil hear drone of the 401 (very busy highway) non stop. They are very close to it. With Indian Line you will hear the planes (very close to the airport) depending on which runway they are using. Glen Rouge would likely be the quietest (however it is fairly close to teh 401, but not as close as teh 2 aforementioned). If your family is in Willowdale, Glen Rouge may be the easiest commute as their is less traffic on the east side of the 401 then the west side.
All in all the campsites you have selected will not be totally quiet, you will hear a far bit of traffic drone.

Good points on the noise. I was in a KOA once in Amarillo Texas and it was not to far from train tracks and also an air base. Every so often you'd hear either the train horn or planes taking off. Got used to it after a while.
I would think that the constant noise of the 401 might be better but Indian Line seems to have more to offer even if it does come with jet noise.
