Only the P2002 code existed after the work was done, but they reprogrammed the PCM.
First off - if its still throwing a code, the work ain't "done".
Looks like a plugged up DPF. A plugged exhaust runs hot. The 2 other codes are exhaust temp related: coincidence?
I have seen plugged catalytic converters get hot enough they glowed red.
