So what does everyone use for an RV vacuum? I have a couple... one is the Oreck small canister which uses a small bag, and the other is the Dyson Stick vacuum which is bagless.
The Oreck is strictly plug in, and the Dyson is rechargeable, but works on 110v as well.
What do you use?

Wife uses a cheap stick vacuum from Walmart and a broom. Works fine. A big part of the battle is wiping your feet on a scrubber to get the gravel out of your hiking boots. We wipe our feet well before going into the RV and that keeps it pretty clean.
First law of science: don't spit into the wind.

Dirt Devil bag less upright . Very powerful, light weight, but small enough to store out of the way in the corner of the closet.

Used to use the bagless Dirt Devil until the DW gave it to her son. She replaced it with a cheap electric stick from K-Mart...It barely picks-up dust.
I replaced her and the vacuum with a rather large albeit inexpensive bagless Bissell vacuum.

I use a Bissel Natural Sweep while on the road. It requires no electric or batteries, and works on bare floors or low pile carpet. The handle comes in two pieces, so its easy to store in a small space. Daily use takes about 5 minutes. Sponge mop for kitchen spills. I use a power canister vac when home, but don't carry it with me.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.
