I just order my new fiver. I am excited but have to control it because it will take up to 2 months to get it in. I got it pretty well equiped with lp generator, level up, slide awnings, upgraded bedroom entertainment package, kings size trump bed, thermopane glass and a few other things.

Well, congradulations!!!!! You will like the Cedar Creek. We really like ours, except for the dark interior (we have the 2011). I don't know what your specs are, but there is a 2011 Cedar Creek 34RLSA. It has 3 slides and is 36'8". Ours is 37'6". However, the weight specs are about the same. Your unloaded wt is 11,569 #s while ours is 11,311. Your pin weight is listed as 2,085, while ours is 1,760.
The other weights are about the same.
Now the actual weight. . . . I have a Ford F350 which has a lot of horsepower and torque. So given the numbers advertised, I figured I would have enough power to spare.
Then we loaded the trailer up, and the trailer total weight is 14,500 (I was looking for 13,000 at most). The pin weight is 2900 pounds (I was looking for 1760).
The sales people will tell you that we have 3000 #s in our trailer . . . that is not the case. In our old travel trailer we had 1500 pounds.
Thier advertized weight does not take a lot of equipment into account. And, you are adding a generator and other extras.
I would do the math. I know it is easer said than done, but I would demand that they weigh a simular 5th wheel. Weigh the truck first, then the truck and trailer. This will give you an idea as to actual weight of you new 5th wheel.
You can't take the salesman word for crap.
It is your decision and possible problem. Post what you find out.

Congratulations, weight police got you by the third post. LOL.
You will really enjoy your new CC and should have no problem pulling or stopping it. Mine is real close to 14K and the old 7.3L F250 does great.

Agreed - that sounds like a beautifully loaded setup. Remember all those extras weigh quite a bit.
I bought a Lance truck camper that the dealer said weighed 2800 lbs.....I weighed it and it was pushing 4600 lbs when loaded with LP generator and other stuff......just a wee bit off, eh?
But I did talk the wife into letting me get a new dually! (for, uh..safety reasons of course....I mean you can't put a price on safety, right??!! )
