I for one am very happy to have someone in the position that Marcus is in take the time to come here and listen to our concerns and or our praise. I am sure that checking here takes time away from other duties in his day.
Marcus has impressed me many time with how fast he responds to problems and quickly comes up with a solution to the problem.
What I would like to see, is when one of us have a problem that we feel the need to voice here, that we all take the time to understand that GS / CW are large corporations and changes do not happen over night. I have read most of what has been posted here as questions for Marcus and most are truly calls for help / assistance. Sometimes it seems that some members think that just because they had a small problem that Marcus should drop all of whatever he was doing to jump on their problem. In a perfect world this is what would happen but we all know that is just not how it works. We all need to put ourselves in his (Marcus) shoes for a day and post accordingly.
I would hate to see Marcus' involvement here come to an end because of B.S. The problem with forums like this one is there is no way to have our real emotions come across in the same way as if we were sitting across from each other.
Well, if you have read all of my novel and not put something thru your monitor, I hope that we all will continue to let Marcus know what we think and feel about how GS / CW is doing without letting our emotions get the best of us.
Just for the record I do not work for or have I ever worked for GS / CW.
Be Safe and get out there and enjoy RVing, live is too short to worry about the little thing.

I agree.
He must be doing something right because I've spent more money with Camping World in the past 6 months than I had in the previous 6 years.
I almost wish things would go back to how they used to be. I'd save some money.

Keeping a finger on the customer's pulse is a good way to stay in business. He's got the right idea. I think what we've been saying for several years is Don't take us for granted. Just because we love RVing doesn't mean we're going to keep doing business with a company that doesn't care about its customers. Mr. Lemonis seems to be really turning things around!

I believe Mr. L is on the right track to "fix" CW and turn it into a top-notch, customer friendly business. CW is a large organization and it will take time to get the house in order. But from my own expeiernce with CW, I have had good service. I know that others have had problems with various stores around the country and that, in my opinion, is just sorry local management. I hope that Mr. L continues to work to get CW back on track, in all the stores.

I seriously doubt Mr. L takes time to read this forum. Thats what you hire secretaries to do and handle the problem. AND to let you know if there's anything needing further personal attention for the sake of good PR.

Stopped into the Bowling Green store today, spent $200.00 on just "odds and ends." They had eveything I needed and more.
It is a pleasure to know that Mr. L is on top of things. Howe many large companies do you know that the CEO takes such a personal interest? I know of just a few and that is what makes thier commpanies great.
Keep up the good work Mr. L.

Welcome to the Forum! Actually, he does spend time on the forum daily, as per a conversation we had at the last Rally in Phoenix. Granted he does have others that help in other forum areas.
I agree that Marcus has set the standard for CEO involvement with its customers but as per the comment by the original poster, there is no way I would want to be in those shoes!

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.
