Would you still Rv if gas went up to 7 or 8 dollars a gallon in the near future?

Yep. To prove my point, I'm restoring a 1979 F100 and installing a 460 bored out to 472 cubic inches. Not exactly a Prius. I will not change my driving habits due to bureaucracy by the Government nor the oil companies.

That would suck whether I was towing or not. Both our vehicles have V8's and get terrible MPG.

I have a feeling I would get a cost of living adjustment around that time. If not, I may be living in my RV.

10-12 years ago people were asking what would happen if gas went to 3-4$. Guess what. We adjust our life styles and move on.

Camp closer to home? Yup.

Stop camping? No way!

Yep.....Camp Driveway and local state campgrounds. But I wouldn't stop.
