Have had GS road service for 10 years. Used it today with our car when transmission had catastrophic failure. 10 minutes on the phone, 25 minutes until truck arrived from a distance of 15 miles, 20 minutes to load car and effect tow to dealer that I had requested rather than one GS suggested. Good job by everyone involved.
