We love Circle Pine KOA! The staff is so friendly and helpfull, the food at the 'cafe' is fantastic (especially the flapjacks), the entire place is kept up very well and very clean that we get spoiled and expect that type of service everywhere else (and rarely find the same quality).

Hate living in the house which is like a box.
So I like Tent Camping.

Did you get a reservation at Trailer Village? Sites are available.

You might check out Desert View campground. It's at the eastern end of the canyon. No hookups but it is a very nice campground. We stayed there several years ago in our Flair. There are several back-in sites which will accomodate your 34' coach even though the rangers say 30' limit.

Have a good trip !!

Ten-X. looks like it will work well for us If trailer village is full

like I said two fur kids, will be left at home in the rv while we sight see, don't want to be miles away (driving time via scooter)
and at that altitude the scooter tends to be under powered

pulling out of here in a few minutes

thanks for all the suggestions

I'm really sorry about your breakdown! The Grand Canyon is an amazing place, and I do hope you're able to complete the trip eventually.
