I have not been on the forum for a while. I need to update my profile.When I click on My Profile it wants me to sign in I enter my password and it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? Thank You

Sounds like a corrupt cookie. Try deleting cookies and temporary Internet files.

It say they cannot find an active account with the user name and password

Is this after you have deleted cookies and temporary Internet files? If so, how did you make this post?

You do raise an interesting point. We do have some member, who never log out. If they delete cookies, the forum will show them as logged out and they can't get back in because they no longer remember their password. Thankfully, the login in screen has a "forgot password" link.

We did have a member that happened to and they no longer had the email account they registered with. Their only recourse was to create a new forum account.

Thats why I was confused because it let me sign in. My e-mail address is different now probably have to start new account Thank You

Wait!!

By "signing in" do you mean after you have logged out? Or, are you referring to the login screen that came up when you tried to open your profile page?

Did you delete cookies?

It is hard to troubleshoot from afar. You have to help me out by answering questions.
