We had CWCare and it was coach net. I still have the old plastic card.
Unless my wife whacked me too hard on the head.

Just talked with wife about it and she thinks that is the way it was too.
We bough Coach Net not knowing we had the coverage as part of CW Care and we still had Good Sam from the Fifth Wheel so we were well blessed with coverage. Since the slid problem we've only used Coach Net. I need to find out if we still have Good Sam too.

You sure it wasn't CW's RoadCare? Or did you buy a brand new unit and the manufacture provided CoachNet, that would be a very good possibility. Many manufacturers provide CoachNet.

I had coach net for 7 years until I sold the coach earlier this year. I used them several times for advice and once for a blow out. The blow out was on a Saturday afternoon so most places were closed. They had someone with a spare to me within a couple of hours and got me going, so no complaints.

I guess it's a fine line, but I always thought of them as flat tire and towing insurance mostly, with the icing on the cake of an emergency advice line. They were always responsive to my calls.

In this case it sounds like they would get you towed in to a service shop if you're broken down. Then negotiating the speed and cost of repairs would be on the coach owner.

I don't know if the administer warranty service, since my coach was out of warranty when I bought it used.
