Check all your breakers on your breaker panel.. They may have flipped.

Sorry to hear about the mistake. I don't know how you could do that unless a standard RV 30 amp outlet were wrongly wired to 240 volts. Any normal 240 volt outlet shouldn't be configured in a way that would accept the trailer's plug.
I would bet the microwave is junk now. The refrigerator could probably be repaired with a new heating element. If the air conditioner was turned on it is also likely damaged. If it were off, maybe not. I would also check out your converter (battery charger) it was quite possibly damaged.
If you're lucky you just have some tripped breakers in the trailer. Have you checked them all yet?

I'm afraid you fried. Better get an RV service guy to verify and start replacing the damaged parts.

Probably everything that doesn't work is fried. I've read it about it here a few times.

Good luck.

Have you checked the converter and 12v power yet?
Fridge and air often need 12v to operate the controls.
Otherwise yes it could be expensive depending on how the survey goes. Some do better than others.

Here is an explanation of RV power. Click on the 30a page at top left.

Somehow this is actually fairly common. So don't feel alone.

If the 110v outlets work, run an extension cord for the microwave to a known good outlet. If the microwave works on that, you may have lucked out and just need to reset/replace some breakers.

I hate to start with a question, but. Where did you get an adapter to go from an RV style male plug into a 240 volt outlet. You would have to make a pigtail for that. Was this at your house?

This may seem obvious, but check the ac breakers in the unit.

Check all breakers in panel, fuses in the equipment and uncork your check book.

I don't dispute that you have an electrical problem...but I doubt that you plugged your rig into a 240v service.

Start checking breakers and don't forget the GFI's.
