Hi All,
Any advise on staying at this park. The wife and I have a 36ft motor home and toad and a small dog. We usually stay in southern California but next winter we want to try a month in Mesa. A neighbour of ours here at home stay at Venture Out and recommend it.
Thanks

I have friends that bought a park model in there and they love the park, with all the activities and amenities. There are so many good parks in that area if thats where you want to be. Macktee

Nice area, lots of golf courses, close to falcon field airport, day trips to northern AZ to see old mines and great views.

Check Ventureout very carefully. It is primarily a parkmodel- lot ownership park with very limited - space and number- of 'transient' spaces. Not sure on pet facilities.

yep .... really big on security as well. Lock up the walk in gates at 8pm. Gate house manned 24-7.

Way too "safe" for us ....

Thanks for the replies. My neighbour did not know if dogs were allowed or not. I had a feeling dogs were not allowed as years ago we tried to get into Venture Out in Florida and dogs were not allowed then.

We like Mesa Spirit. Several dog areas and a lot of interior roads for walking pets - we have a cat who walks on a leash and we went different routes each evening.

As someone said, there are so many parks that you really have a wide array of different ones, different costs, different amenities, etc. Most everyone had vacancies this past winter - number of RVers was down.

We usually go to southern California for the winter but we just want to try somewhere in Mesa for the month of December before heading over to "The Springs at Borrego" for two months. We may not go to Arizona at all and just head to Borrego. We'll see.
