I am trying to increase my mpg when towing. Anyone with experience re k&n filters, aux radiator fans, computer chips, exhaust systems , air boxes?

Which e the most effective?, cost effective?

Slow down and maintain constant speed ! Don't carry anything you don't need !

Welcome to the Forum...your first post.
None of the above will "increase your mileage"....just cost you money that you could spend on fuel.

As 2oldman correctly posted, slow down.

And...give up the notion of good fuel mileage and RVing. Not going to happen. Once you accept that and relax, you will enjoy it much more.

there's no magic wand. everyone gets the same mpg range, 8-10mpg.

staying under 60mph is the best way.

My guess is to slow down... I get my best mileage between 55-62 mph.
Wondering if a slightly bigger tow vehicle would help. I'm sure you're close to maxing out the blazer...
