Just called our local Mission, Texas, Camping World outlet...was going to have 'em install a tongue jack...person who picked up the telephone said 'hello' rather than, 'Camping World...may I help you', and advised that the owner of the building sold the property and the store is now shut down....anyone heard anything?
on edit--in earlier post, inquired if anyone had further information...now sure it's gone for good...not even on the CW website store finder any more...darned shame...although may have been a little pricey, they at least presented an option for service and parts...the only viable option left locally is the big RV dealer in the area, which now has virtually no competition except maybe from a few mom-and-pop shops

I believe or hope, they will open another store in the area. That place was busy all the time with the snowbirds buying stuff and getting their RV's serviced. I am in there every winter buying items instead of having to pay for shipping when we are back home.
I got a postcard last week from Camping World announcing the closing and with a $10 coupon as a "thanks for your previous businss" to use on line or at another store. No mention of another location in the valley.
