Accessing it through the Good Sam website. When I click on private messages, it just "thinks" for a long time, then comes up with a message "Internet Explorer cannot display the website."
I got the same error message earlier when I tried to look at someone's profile. It's allowing me to view and post messages.
I also tried using Google Chrome. (Sometimes that works better than IE on other websites.) It won't even allow me to log in. So, I'm wondering if there's some issue with my connection. I'll try from another location later, I guess.

The "which portals" question gave me an idea. I went to RV.net and logged in there. Got right on. So, it's something that's not communicating between my computer and Good Sam, I guess.

The forum cookies for each portal are different. The Good Sam cookie can be corrupt and have no affect on any of the other portals. I can't promise that it is a corrupt cookie, but I can advise you that would be the first thing to check. If you don't want to delete the cookies (I delete most cookies every night) you can test by seeing what happens when you use another computer. Cookies could be corrupt on two computers, but it's not likely.
