I am new to RVing, and need some generator help.
I have a Hyundai 3500 generator. Is it safe to plug in the trailer directly to the generator? I have heard some mixed answers and would like to see what others think>

If the generator puts out the standard 120v 60 HZ AC and has an appropriate outlet then yes, plug the trailer in.
I'm not familiar with a Hyundai generator.

You may need a small outlet adapter.

Ditto.
Just be aware that 3500 may not be enough to handle everything in your RV. I've got 4000 and it's OK for the A/C, and some lights, but don't think of putting the microwave on too

Contractor grade generator......louder than most others built for rving.
so long as you have a set of good ear muffs for yourself and perhaps some of your neighbors, it should be fine!

With 2 - 120 volt outlets and 1 - 240 volt outlet, I'll bet that you can only get 1750 watts out of each of the 2-120 volt outlets. And they cannot be combined because you will get 240 volts. So you can only get 1750 watts for your RV.

If you are serious about rving then consider a yamaha or honda 3000. A great investment! Price wise the Boliy is competitive but I would steer clear of that one.....to many issues.
