I'm working with two dealers on a 2012 XLT, EB, SC, 157in. wheelbase and HD payload with max tow package. Also has convenience package. Several other options that amount to around $600. Best offer so far without sales tax is $32,900. How is this figure looking to you who have purchased a similar Ford F150? Any and all advice is welcomed.
Assuming no trade, no financing, straight cash deal.
A dealer need to make about an average of $1,000 gross or so on a new car, and at least $1,500 to $3,000 on a used car sold at their average selling price.
It is possible to get dealers selling below that --- and those same dealers can be expected to go out of business in due course.
Factory prices net of holdbacks, incentives are widely available.
Do the math, and ask which dealer you want to have a great relationship with over time.
Ask which dealer will be there for you when you have a problem.
Your choice.
I like paying a bit more than the average customer... if I get it back in service.
To me it sounds like a good deal cuz I'm guessing the sticker is in the 42000 range but u left that out. Is it 4wd or 2wd makes the sticker quite diff. If my guess on the price is rt it's a good deal

From reading the other posts on the Ecoboost, everyone seems to think people pay 42,000 for any ecoboost.
But seriously, ask to see the Invoice, and they should be willing to go within ~500 bucks of X-plan pricing. All that should be figured before you take any incentives off the price.

X-Plan and rebates took more than $10,000 off of the sticker on the 2012 F150 XLT 4x4 CrewCab (145" WB) with EB and maxtow package that I bought two weeks ago. They also gave me a great trade-in value for my '07 F150, and even a very substantial discount on a 7 year/100,000 mile premium Ford ESP. I just couldn't say no. Good luck on your purchase!

I pulled the switch today and ordered the truck. Added the plus package to the order and it came to 32600. Free oil change and rotation for 3 years also helped.
