I just washed the HTT last weekend, wow does it look nice all clean and shiny! One thing I can not get clean is the handles. There is the white handle next to the door and then all the handles for the bunks that are dirty and I can't get them clean. What do you all use on those?

I cut the rubber off the handles to the bunks, they were beyond nasty.......and sticky.

I have the same issue. The rubber covers(grips) on the handles seem to almost have mold on them. I used Simple Green(diluted) and a stiff bristle brush. It took most of it off, but now all. At least they look ok now. I was going to try and slip them off and let them soak a while, but they fit so tight, I would worry about getting them back on agian.

If you find a better solution, let me know!

for the white handle you can try Magic Eraser. Love them! For the others try Goo Gone.

There is a product you can find at Family Dollar or most of the Dollar Stores. It's called; Awwwsome! and it does wonders. Any dirt or black spots on handles will disappear.

I second Mr. Clean magic Erasers, those things do wonders. And I love Simple Green for everything, so the combo is priceless

it's called "LA's Totally Awesome" and i also found it worked on the plastic handles. other degreasers wouldn't.
