If you will be in Manitoba, no problem. As I said... call them!! When you get the tape and it tells you to put in their extension number, just hit "0." Tell the operator you're on the road and need to talk to Darrell or Brad. (I find that Darrell is usually easier to catch)
The service department is great to work with and you can camp overnight in the parking lot... and they even have a loaner car if you need one. There are restaurants in walking distance.
Winkler is a nice little town.
Arrived at the factory in Winkler today around 8:30 am and we were on the road shortly after 10:am. Super service, switch installed in no time!
I highly recommend Triple E for their service.

We have been to the Triple E factory as well with our 2012 Regency GT24MB. As you said super service from very nice people. We were certainly impressed with the factory when we took an afternoon tour. They do pay attention to detail and what their customers suggest. We are really pleased with our unit.

Maybe, but not sure yet.
Right now we are in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, still going further east.
