We are leaving Friday(tomorrow) morning for the long weekend. Yes, to MB on "black biker week". We have done it before with never seeing a problem where we were. We take all we need and stay right there in the cg. Everyone drive safely and let's wave if we see each other. Hwy 64,220,38 to 501 for me. I think we will be in the 1600 area near the beach area. Gold Chevy truck with a Trail Bay TT.
Taking 2 grand kids who are in early teens along with a friend of one.

I like the COOL mountainns better. The Southern NC Mountains are NOT cool. It was really, really hot. I want to go up toward Boone, and Linville where it is cool. Next time I will.
also watch out for the quiet running golf carts...
I am always amazed how the perm residents fix up their golf carts. Always a long parade of them every evening along the coastal side...
We have always enjoyed our stay at Lakewood even if it isnt zipcode 80401 hehe... Must be a EAST COAST thing I guess...
