Sometimes it means you will never find one at the advertised price. It is often used to get you in the door so they can sell you a higher priced "new" model since "the one advertised has suddenly sold"

I assume it just means "Hey, if you like this model and you find it somewhere, get it because we aren't making anymore." Would that be correct thinking?
That's what it means.

No not usually. Dealers often have a grace period before they have to pay floor plan on inventory. Therefore they want to sell the unit on the lot, and then order a replacement.

It could also mean something as simple as the current stock has an XYZ brand refridgerator and new stock will have an ABC brand refridgerator, which will change the unit price. Don't want both units on the lot at the same time causing price confusion.
