I have a Kodiak travel trailer with a slide out room. When we slid it out today, it is uneven-one side of the slide will not go out all the way at the bottom-a gap of 3 or 4 inches. The motor also was popping while we were extending the slide but did not when we pulled it in. We are campIng out of town this wknd and need some advice

Thank you all for your help! DH went under the unit and saw the mechanism but is leery of doing something to mess it up further or prevent it from retracting so we can leave on Monday. It's still under warranty, so we're taking it in on Wednesday. We're just not sitting in it for the rest of the weekend...
