Cosco makes great ladders in all sizes and they are
lite weight aluminum. They carry them at Walmart,
but Lowes carry a larger selection and sizes.

We carry a Little Giant M17 Mega-lite that we purchased from Costco. Takes up a little more room than I like but hard to beat its stability and versatility.

X2, with the same holder. I also have a cap on my holder.

I have this one for the house and have thought about carrying it on the ladder where I carry a step ladder now.

I do EXACTLY the same as "CA TRAVELER" and carry the Camping World ladder inside the sewer tube that CW sells. The only difference is that I mounted the sewer tube high up on the sidewall inside my pass thru bay. No matter what is in the bay, I can easily remove the ladder.

The CW ladder also lets you store the two piece lower section of the DP ladder in you garage, since you don't need it anymore.

I'm tipping 300 pounds and regularly climb to the second from the top rung and wash my windshield without issure.

Not bought yet - still shopping (God, I'm so anal!). Have decided on the style and type similar to what many on here own and recommend. So far, I've zeroed in on this one:

May not buy at Walmart cause I'm not a big fan of them, + it has to be a "special order item" shipped to the store. But, despite the weight of this ladder, it seems to be what I'm looking for. Thanks guys!

For those that might still be following this topic...

I ended up buying the one from Northern Tools:

http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200496081_200496081?issearch=25234

Used it today to put on the digital TV antenna booster - looks/feels like a good product, folds really small (into 'fours') so I just keep it in the original box it came in - and it fits in the belly box.

I have to admit that it was the sale price ($129 vs original of $199) and the 'coupon' I got hold of for $20 off a $100 purchase that did it. Had it shipped to the nearest store (free); total tax and all was less than $120. It REALLY is 12.5 foot tall too, fully extended it reaches the roof of my MH. Appears to be really sturdy too, shipping weight says 41 pounds but the ladder itself is lighter than that.

I have pictures but don't really know how to post them. The link above has some good shots at different angles.
