Well I had a rock hit the side of my camper I'm guessing while cutting grass and now have a nice hole in the fiberglass. I coverd the spot with a piece of eternabond untill I had time to figure out what to do.

Since it is on tne left side near the rear and about a quarter of the way down from the roof I decided that that would be a good place to mount a scare light.
My problem is i will need to get power from the radio which is near to the light. I figure I will have to go about 4 to 6 inches in the wall. So that is my question. How will I be able to get the wires through the laminated styrofoam.

I know where the wires will go (already have the hole thanks to the rock) and where it needs to come out behind the radio but am not sure how to get it through the wall without drilling all the way through and running the wire inside the camper. By the way all radio wires come in through the ceiling from the other direction. That was my first thought.

Thanks

And that is why I have some RV stickers in strange places.

If i understand you correctly the styrofoam is the insulation. If you know someone who has a metal electrical fish tape you can use that to cut through the styrofoam. Just cut the loop off the end to make it sharp. As long as you don't have go through studs that should work. If you can't find one try using a wire hanger. Unbend it and make it as straight as possible. If it's tough feeding it throught the wall you can try twisting it to act as a kind of drill bit. That may make it go easier.

Rather than doing more damage you might be able to use surface mount wire duct (raceway) that wouldn’t look to bad on the inside…

click
If you try to fish a Styrofoam laminated wall (not always easy to do) once the wire is in place you can refill the foam but be sure to use the non-expanding kind of spray foam…
