My 04 Itasca Spirit has leaned from day one. It's a full 4" lower on the left rear than the right rear. Slide outs are on the left side as are holding tanks and genny. We never carry much in storage and only about 1/3 fresh water (on the right/center). I have air bags and if I get annoyed enough I will put more in the left to compensate but it doesn't affect the ride and the tires are wearing perfectly even at 35K miles.

Being under a parked RV is at least as bad for the springs as being under an RV that's being driven. Think of fifth-wheel owners. They get the weight off the back of the truck when they're finished with the trailer. Many remove or relieve the weight at the end of every travel day. We can't do that. It's a truck that's nearly fully loaded all the time. Not driven much and the springs only get compressed, not flexed.
We added a generic "repair leaf" to each side on our first Class C and everything improved. Ride, Level, Sway.
Current one doesn't have slides, is pretty light for a 31', and has been driven frequently. It doesn't sag in the rear. Not either side or all across.

Actually, I need to quallify that statement, mine does NOT lean to one side, it DOES set low in the front.

I have a 2011 28 ft sunseeker, the passenger side of the coach area is about 3/4" lower than the driver side, the Ford E450 chasis looks pretty level, wondering if it may be missing a shim, contacted Forrest River and they were not too concerned with it but made a note in my file. No handling issues, if I let go of the steeering wheel, no pulling either way.

23ft Jayco
Right front is 1 to 1 1/2 inch lower. I took it to a scale and the right front is about 300lbs heavier. No idea why. Didn't notice any lean when we first got it.

Thinking of adding spacers to the front coil spring to raise it up a little.

Kind of dangerous. It could tip over.
