Ours has two L shaped brackets attached to the front of the machine and to the floor.
It stills shakes, but not as bad.

Our first one shook us up for 9 years You get used to it. reliable buggers though. A load a day almost every day for 9 years of full timing. We started to have some timer issues so we traded it out for a new one while it still worked. Now we have the 2100 XC...and it still shakes...but not quite as bad. I hope it lasts as long.

My wife stops it and reloads the clothes if it gets too bad. She says they ball up and make the load lop sided when it spins. Kind of like a cam effect in the wash tub I guess.

Quit turning it off and give it a chance. Don't worry it's not gonna go anywhere. Mine does that too.
