We have a miniature Snausher and must protect the bottom half of our screen door on the coach - does anyone know where we can purchase a sheet of plexiglass in or near Niagara Falls Ontario? We require a piece about 22" X 22". Thanks for your input!

Any number of the home improvement stores ( Lowes, Home Depot, Ace) should be able to do it for you.

You should be able to get it at any Home Depot or Lowe's, and they may even cut it for you.....then pre-drill some holes, or use those "mirror hangers" that fit on the outside edge of the plexiglass.
I'm sure your Schnauzer will be contained with the plexiglass, but let the guy at HD know what you want, as you'll want a fairly thick piece, so that it won't crack when the dog jumps against it.

Is there a LOWES Store there? In LOWES, in the same department you buy Glass in they have Plexiglass. I bought mine there. Had it cut there for free and got the little stick on Velcro Tabs to mount it with. I even got the Velcro mounts in white to match the door. Didn't cost much for everything as I remember. Less than 20 bucks easy.

Make sure you shut the screen door and measure on the inside how big the piece can be to fit the screen with the door closed.

Go to a camper store and pick up an rv wire screen door protector.

I actually went to a plain hardware store and picked up a residential screen door protector and turned it lengthwise and it fit the rv door. 4 screws and you are good to go and still get air in thru the screen.

If you buy from Lowes, get Lexan. More resistant to cracking and shattering.
