i feel like im updating this just for myself. lol.
Underside is painted, insulation installed, everything back in and in working condition. Today i FINALLY got my new front piece. What they did was they upgraded it from filon to metal. They made it two pieces.. That will be kinda nice...
Installing it today. So pics to come.

As for the water test, ahaha it leaked for a FULL YEAR before i noticed anything, so thats reallly hard to say.
Here are the rest of the pics. The wife washed it today so the sides are all nice and pretty now also. i SUUUUCCCCKK at laying down caulk. I really liked how the pro rv caulk worked though.
As for stickers, i have done a few tint jobs and big stickers before. This is an art form. I love watching people do stuff like this who have never done it.. HUGE learning curve. The factory puts the sticker above the line or below the line. I decided i wanted to cut the sticker in two pieces and do it in the middle.. way harder but looks WAYYY Better.

Wife warming the sticker back up.

Finished product. NO bubbles. nothing. Wraps around the lip and back under.. Love it. Best part of the whole job was right here.

Congrats on getting it back together. It really looks great. Hope you came out ok on the insurance vrs your cost. This has been quite a project but you took a bad situation "by the horns" and resolved it. Very nice job.

I came out phenomenal. I spent roughly 500 on supplies, they wrote me a check for 138000

And the front pieces were given to me by forest river when i showed them the damage. SO that helped also.

All materials are available from a big box, just take a small sample.
If you are good with a miter saw, create access doors, because as I found out myself in restoring a Pathmaker, manufacturers don't template them in, and when it comes to plumbing, access is everything, however, most is in the walls and if done properly, hidden access doors increase the resale value due to Inspections, by a Dealer.
I had to even fabricate an access under the shower faucet to replace the stems. Looks 'factory' to me...
