So my electric side went out, as I read the Troubleshooting guide on page 35 it sounds like the only issues that would cause this would be the heating element, the thermostat, or the ECO...Tested and have power to and from the breaker.

Anything else I should look at when I go back up to the camper?
It worked fine when I left it last weekend, might have been a little hotter than usual, but nothing this weekend
If it's the Thermostat or ECO is that's what behind the black sticky pad with brown and red wires...? It seemed very hard to pull it off any tips or tricks?
and yes the bypass valves are correct.

The adhesive around the black pad is just around the edges. A putty knife might help. New ECO and thermostat should be around $20. I haven't had to replace my element, but 3" angle iron will be a problem with mine. I guess I would have to pull the water heater out the front. Good luck.
A new sticky pad comes with the kit.

The ECO and the thermostat behind the black sticy foam are common for Gas or Electric operation and operate through the control board. You can rule them out if the heater operates on propane. Could very well be the electric element burnt out if it was not totally submersed or accidentally turned on over the Winter.
