X3 on the Passport 2910. Separate room in back with quad bunks, fairly light for its size. Friends (with 5 kids + 4 fosters!) bought one last year and tow with a F150 crew with no problems. Considering buying one myself.

Check out the Keystone Bullet 281 BHS--double bunks up and down and weighs under 5100 pounds dry. We pull with an SUV and we've had a great towing experience with a cheaper hitch set-up.
It comes with an air bed sofa sleeper and the dinette for more sleeping space in case the kids don't want to double up.

X4 on the Keystone Passport 2910. We are in our 3rd year and pull it with our Tahoe. I am planning on upgrading to a Suburban or Yukon XL but the 5.3 will handle it very nicely. I have had mine fully loaded (less water) and had it weighed and it comes in at 6500 lbs or so. With the Equalizer hitch do not exceed any of the ratings for the truck. Again i have had it weighed. I just had the transmission checked as i have 130K miles on the truck and my mechanic said that there are NO issues so keep on pulling.
You will not get the best gas mileage but i have towed 4500+ miles over the last 3 years and am averaging 9 MPG.
The only downfall on the 2910 is the tank sizes. We looked at the similar layout in the Bullet line but the DW loved the U shaped table. My wife and I plus the 3 kids can all sit around the table and eat. Granted it is not a lot of spare room but on the other table configurations we could not even all sit down.

We absolutely love the Passport bunkhouse in my siggy. We have three kids, 15, 12 and 5, and often bring along a friend, plus our 3 dogs. Plenty of room. That said, we did just upgrade to a 2500 Suburban from a 1500 Dodge Ram Bighorn with the Hemi because we could not all fit in it, and because of weight limit concerns. You may want to seek advice from the "weight police" on this site before you buy your next rig. There is a board specifically for towing issues. We got fantastic, realistic advice that helped us make a decision.
Only issue we have with the Passport is that DS15 is 6' 3" and he barely fits on the fold-out couch in the back. We stopped feeding him, so we should be OK now.
We are camping right now with 4 adults, the 3 kids and 3 dogs. My parents have the master bedroom, DS15 is squished into the u-shaped dinning room table, DH and I took the foldout couch int the back with a full-size air mattress and the two other kids are sleeping in the bunks.
Life. Is. Good.
Forest River Sunseeker 3170 bunkhouse. We travel with two shih tzu, a leonberger and, oh, yeah, two teens and a 6-year-old.
Our Outback has four bunks. In theory it sleeps ten but it does not live ten.
If your children are responsible I would put up a tent for the two oldest except when it rains.
Try looking at the Toy Haulers, extra room in the back and the ramp folds down into another sizeable area for play or sleeping etc, during the warmer weather times.

Have the same trailer and we love it! I was 7390 on the scales loaded for a five day trip with full propane. Tanks were empty. I only tow with water if the place does not have it. I do tow with a 3/4 ton Chevy but the trailer tows very nice and much smaller than it is. It tows almost as nice as my old 25 foot fifth wheel. If you have a 1500HD it should not be a problem. A straight up 1500 will be at it limit and that is no fun to tow.
