Has anyone cooked a marinated turkey breast over the grill/fire? We bought a small marinated breast and going to try it.

Yes, did it all the time last year. Honestly you need to keep a eye on it, the turkey breast will dry out very fast on a grill. I ended up smoking the turkey breast to keep them juicy.

Whats the best way to grilled/cook corn on the cob? I've heard some people say leave it in the husk and soak in water and others just wrap in foil. About how long does it take to cook on the grill?

I soak them in water and leave them in the husk. I do 1/4 turns every 5 minutes. 20 minutes later you have the best corn on the cob!!!

I have been been experimenting with butter and seasonings then wrapping in foil lately. I have grilled them for 20 minutes as well, then pull the foil and put directly on the grill for few minutes. I like the little charred bits and wanted to try something different.

Frito Pie: Put a layer of Fritos on plate. Pour canned chili over fritos. Sprinkle with chopped onion and grated cheese.

First night after a long drive we have Black Bean Soup. I use a can of veggie broth but for meat eaters Beef broth is wonderful. Two cans of black beans, a half jar of salsa (The small size but its really to taste) and a Tablespoon or so of Cumin, Heat and serve with green or sweet or any onion, crackers, Sour Cream if you like. Its quick, yummy and filling.

Ditto. If its really fresh corn and I haven't eating it raw, I use the husk method also. Older corn I use foil and doctor it. I find that the fresher the corn, the sweeter it is. I find a stand next to a corn field, I think I've died and gone to heaven.

Ranch Style Beans? What are these? Sounds yummy. We make that Black Bean Soup too. On the morning we're leaving camp we make cinnamon rolls in the 'pie irons'. I like the store brand in the refrigerator section(roll), spray the pie iron with cooking spray, keep turning till there done, depends on the fire when done, add frosting and yummy quick breakfast. Don't use the "Grands" cinnamon rolls, they burn before they cook through.

THE EASIEST WAY BY FAR IS:

Leave the husk on. Roll in a paper towel and place in the microwave.
Cook on high for 5 minutes, 8-9 for two. Cornsilk falls right off. Just husk, rinse, and eat. tasty!
