I have a club car and love. Check out a web site called Buggies gone wild. It is a forum that tells you anything you need to know about both brands.

We had a Club Car for several years then got an EZ Go - think the EZ Go is a bit better but then it's newer.

Looks like Club Car or EZ Go will do good. Thanks for the help. Bikes look a lot cheaper right now.

$2200 for 2008 regular cart with back seat. How does this sound? 3.5 year old batteries.

See if you can get it a little cheaper or see about some new batteries. 3.5 batteries are at best, good for maybe another year. I got 6 years out of my last ones. but you have to maintain them every time you use them. plus over the winter months too. Distilled water is the life blood of those things.
Price seems to be in line.. but try to get it cheaper due to battery life. Other than that enjoy..

Got the price down to $2000. Again 2008, 3.5 year old batteries, new rear seat, charger and windsheild.

How does that sound? Of course, that is if it is in above average condition.

It may be a decent price, but be aware that the batts will cost 500-600 when they go bad. It is a******shoot they may last for years. look on the negative battery post and the date of manufacture will be there. for instance 3-9 would be march of 2009. this will tell you the actual age of batts and not when they were installed. good luck

I have a 1982 club car and it still runs like a champ, I have a lift kit on mine custom paint big tires and we did some upgrades on the steering converting to a rack an pinon over the standard gear box. I have had no issues getting parts and they are cheap. I will say after owning it for about 5 years now my wife and I are getting tired of trying to figure out how to get it from campground to campground and are considering just getting bikes not as fun but easier to transport oh I forgot to mention ours is electric due to the noise levels the gas ones make and most campgrounds will want to see proof of insurance on the cart

Hi All.

X2 on the Bikes. Quite a few years ago, we bought a "Pair of Folding Bikes", that came with Free, really nice "Padded Covers" with Full Zippers.

They store very eailsy and area lot of fun to ride around on. And they sure beat walking, even though we do that also.

Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill

Well aware of that. I have been given prices at $2500 with same original batteries for the same cart. Based on what I have seen even if I have to put new batteries in it I am still ok at $2450 to $2600.
