Hello. Hubby and I are looking at the 2012 Columbus this weekend...seville.
I am wondering if there is any input on this line? I know it's new this year.
We will both be working a big mining job in AZ heat, and, pretty much full-timing in it for about 5 years. We have lived in and owned 7 rv's through the years...sure hate to leave your home in the beautiful White Mountains!
Thanks for any advice.
Sherry
They have a good look, I saw them in Oklahoma City. However, if you are going to be in the heat, I would probably stay away. They are building it with a 1" thick sidewall...not much insulation. This is how they build the more entry level type of products...I've never seen it done in a big fifth wheel...
Insulation, as said above is rather minimal for full timing..."Insulation: R-9 Wall, R-14 Floor, R-14 Roof". Dual pane windows are options. Check out the Heartlands, Montana's, Redwood RV and Jayco Pinnacles.
