I'm looking for my dream RV. I think it would be considered a B+. What I am dreaming of is 24 feet or less, no cabover bed, twin beds, regular large fridge, dry bath, and a rounded instead of squared off body shape.

Oh, and good gas mileage - maybe a Sprinter with Mercedes diesel?

Anyone seen one like this?

Sounds like it looks like mine:

Libero

But if you click on that page, you will find the Sprinter based Serenity of midnightsadie.

No twin beds, but there are two sleep areas... one in the back and one in the front. They are also 25 ft.

You didn't say whether you were looking for new or used... or whether that fantasy has slides...

Thanks for the responses!

Needs to have twin beds... Don't like the corner crawl-over bed. Got the idea that there might be such a thing after looking at this Lazy Daze 24 foot C. I like everything about it except the cabover bed and the tall square shape:

The twin beds are also sofas. I do like the outside look of the Leisure Vans!

Not actually looking for new or used at this point - more wondering if there is such a thing and then I can keep my eyes peeled, so to speak.

Coachhouse had twin bed B+ configurations, and Sprinter B+, but not twins on the Sprinter.

Dynamax has an interior that converts to twins, not full time twin beds; it is on Ford chassis.

Phoenix has Sprinters, and twin beds on E-450, interior that converts to twins on E-350, but no twins on Sprinter. They might custom build.

Winnebago has a Sprinter B+ in the View Profile, but it is queen bed.

Large regular refrigerator? What does "regular" mean? What does "large" mean?

B+, C in this size has space for a 6 cu ft RV fridge. If "regular" means compressor fridge, to fit that space usually means 4 to 5 cu ft interior. You won't get it from the factory, but you might be able to find one and change it out.

The RV fridge size jumps to about 12 cu ft when the RV gets to 32-40 feet in length. For larger A's, a 14-18 cu ft compressor fridge is sometimes an option. In yet larger RVs, you might find 18-22 cu ft four door models, but the space required is equivalent to a shower stall, so you won't find one in a B+.

I suppose, if you don't want a shower in a B+, you might rip that out and bolt in a large regular refrigerator.

Sorry - I just mean a good size fridge - not a small one that I see in most Bs. Probably 2 door where the freezer has a separate door from the rest of the fridge.

I know what you mean about the corner bed. That is why I mentioned that the Libero/Serenity also has the dinette in the front that makes into a bed. I know couples that use both beds even though it means that one of them has to be taken up and down each day.

Since it is just me in my Libero, I put a single mattress in the back and have the area beside me for extra storage. My goal in choosing this unit was that I wanted a separate shower (check), a decent sized fridge (check... one door but nice and big compared to my tiny little B fridge), and I wanted more galley space. (check)

Plus I didn't want a cabover. They give me claustrophobia and I hated how the one I had in my B would drip for hours after a rain storm or a wash. (I know... picky picky...) And I didn't want a Ford... love how my Chevy drives.

pasusan - This one might be too short for you Born Free - built for two. It does have the two twin beds, but the pictures do not show everything. They have electric lifts for the upper body that puts you in a reading position. It also has a nice size refrigerator. They have had this model for several years, so slightly used ones should be available.

Google 2006 Winnebego Aspect 23D. We have one and we are very happy with it. It has two twin size beds, but they are dual purpose, couch and dinette. That size was built only a few years, like '05 to '07.
