Seems all the programing in my controller for zone 2 got erased and I can't operate the rear ac now. Zone 1 works fine. Shows all info (cool Auto and temp) zone 2 only shows current temp. Any idea what happened or how to fix. Every thing worked fine at my last stop. In the past if I had an issue with this controller I would just shut off all power AC and Battery. It would reset both zones with all programming. Did that but only zone 1 info remains. Im in NM and it's hot. Any suggestions? Thanks

Each AC has a controller board on your system. The odds are the Zone 2 wiring AT the AC controller has a wire off. Doug

While trouble shooting this issue I discoverd my house batteries were dead. Found two battery cables broke because of corrosion. I found an auto zone here in Deming and replaced the cables and cleaned the post. Two Battteries out of four were very low on water, hope the aren't dead. Might that be connected to this problem. I'll pull the cover and check on those wires. Thanks

I can see all the wires on the board and none look disconnected. Would it be a matter of just replacing it?

You have to check BOTH AC as the rear goes to the front board. Have you had ANY work done on either AC unit recently? Another bway to reset is to take the cover off of the tstat, pull the fuse for 10 minutes, then reinstall. 10 minutes is critical for a reset on this ZC tstat. Doug

Hey Doug, No recent work done. When you say contoller board, is that the one in the Tstat? Looks like only one board with both ACs tied to it? Pulled the cover and fuse 10 minutes. Still the same. Scared the heck out of me because the AC zone one dissapeared too, but managed to recover it after messing with the fuse again. Anyway still the same, no zone two. Could be the RV comfort Tstat contoller needs replaced? Made an appointment with an RV shop on Monday. But still trying. Thanks Doug.
