Woke up this morning and it was at about 34. I put the stuff back in, unPlugged from my house and went to work about 15 minutes away. The first thing I did was turn to has on so I could light the fridge. This was the first time for me running the fridge on gas.
I kept getting error messages! And I had to report to work soon. I was getting frustrated. I whipped out my phone and did a search. Someone suggested turning the fridge off for 10 seconds and then turn it on again. So when I turned the fridge on again I heard a series of clicks and hen it stopped making the clicks.
I guess all is well. I just went out and we are still at 34 and the fridge looks normal. Whats cool is that where I parked at work requires no leveling at all. It's perfect. Lol
If only my site later on today was the same. Lol

Your unit may actually cool faster on gas mode. If I don't get ignition right away, I turn on a stove burner to purge air and light the burner. The frig will then light easily.

I have to use that process whenever my RV sits for a few weeks without use.

We're golden, thanks. Sitting in a zero gravity chair at the CG drinking my "milk" in a red solo cup. Beautiful weather. It's almost nine, about 70 degrees. No wind and it's quiet.

How "off level" was it.
I finally (Some time ago) found a chart as to just how off level is safe for the fridge.
Trust me when I say what the fridge finds "Comfortable" is a lot more unlevel than what *I* find uncomfortable.
I was kind of surprised, I think 3 degrees is the smaller of the two angles it can be off level.. ON an 8 foot wide RV that is. six inches SIDE TO SIDE
If it's say 30 foot long.. well over 20 inches.
DO NOT, however, quote me on that 3 degrees part.. I'm not sure of that.
