Well its Saturday and their are more empty sites then there are Bays in service. About 40 empty sites. Unfortunately most folks are waiting to get into one of the 4 bays that do wet bay replacements and roof rails. I noticed on Friday they had several bays open in the afternoon and no one in them except the tech reps. Can't wait to see what happens Monday. This may be an indication, that the coaches that Tiffin are now building have improved their quality that the minor stuff is being done by the dealers under the one year warranty and they do not need to come to Red Bay. The rails and wed bays seem to be mostly 09 and before. My 3rd trip in May and never seen it like this."
3rd trip to Red Bay. No thank you.
I will also pass on spending days or weeks in Red Bay.

I get the feeling that a trip to Red Bay is an "event" not a chore. People seem to really enjoy going out there. Some for weeks at a time.
This is almost becoming a cult following.
My advice is worth exactly what you paid for it.

bob is a fun guy to talk to. he has a unique personality, and a lot of local history. he is a major moving force in the rv industry, and has made a mark for himself as a man who keeps his word. sometimes he does not meet individual expectations, but overall, he is one of the good guys.

The issue of the wet floor being built after it was known to be faulty is a latent defect.
Any first year law student could win a class action suit against Tiiffin.
Tiffin is not only doing what is right, but protecting themselves.

Go spend a month in that lousy cg of theirs and let us know if your "feelings" are correct. I have a rather negative view of Red Bay and much prefer many other chores.

I seriously doubt that one could pick up the phone and talk directly to the president or ceo of Newmar, Monaco, or any other r.v. manufacturer. That is called customer care and service. Quality control and engineering is always something that can be improved but service and concern to the customer is as important if not more in my book.

While it may be nice that you can call Bob,
All I care about is that the company I buy from takes care of the product they produce and how well they produce it.
