We want a campground that caters to seniors and is located no more than an hour south of the Disney/Universal areas. They must accept pets as we have a Chocolate Lab the travels with us. We require WiFi and cable. Any suggestion would be most welcome.....

The Winter Gardens park on RT 50 is nice and close to Orlando. They had a $399 a month special this year. You might want to check them out.

Deer Creek has the rudest guards and staff I have ever seen at any park any where.

Wilderness rv resort not to be confused with fort wilderness. It is in silver springs and the silver river runs into the cg. Well it runs into another river that runs into the cg and the water is crystal clear and you can see the fish swimming by. We went last feb and it was great. Its about $400 a month I think.

As I understood the site, they're "land" condominiums. They're not a regular RV resort or CG.

Your mistaken, it is just like any other park in Florida, you can buy a lot if you want. I wintered there for three years, rented a spot for 4 months. There is three sections, the Village, where I always went, the town, mostly park models and 5vers up there with a few class A's and the preserve, for just class A's, lots of room there but more money for rent, you can buy a lot in any of the three mentioned. Last year I noticed a lot of folks who bought lots and trying to sell them. I always said "why buy?" spend $30,000. or more, pay maintenance fees and Florida property tax, I just rent and go where I want to go. I left there, it is to cold, rather go below Orlando.
