Thanks for all the info. I talked to a dealer and they have heard of issues like this on other model. Going to have to take it in for them to look at. Good thing nearest dealer is only a 20 min ride away.
Just got off phone with dealer and he seems to think there's nothing wrong. All he suggested was to flush the tanks out with bleach after each use. All I see happening is the trailer will stink of bleach when we get to our destination.

Sounds like your traps in the plumbing dried out. Even empty tanks can have lingering odors. Gray water can smell as bad as black water at times. Try putting water in the drains. They also sell lemon scented drain wash. You drop a tablet in the sink and run water. It fizzes away and freshens up the system.

Like someone else said put the stoppers in the sinks and something to seal the shower drain and I bet you will have no more problems.Works for me anyway.

I will give that a try. We have stoppers for all drains. I believe the gray water tank could smell just as bad with the baby formula and milk from kids morning cereal rotting in there.

Grey would definitely sink with bottle formula in them. Wouldn't be a bad idea to run a lot of water through the traps before you hit the road, then do a full dump of the grey tank. Then run some more water in the tank. No reason why you couldn't drop some tank deodorant in the grey tank, as it will help break down any solids that are stuck in the grey tank. There are also some grey tank treatments specifically to help break down food particles/grease that gets in grey tanks.

Try putting a stopper in each sink and tub with a little water on top of the stopper. At least if the p-trap goes dry you will have time to run a little more water in the sinks and tub before pulling the plugs. Add some Fabuloso or PineSol to the water before pulling the plugs.

As a preventative measure, we pour any left over liquids (coffee and other drinks left in glasses, milk in cereal bowl, liquid part of soup) in the toilet (black tank) v. down the kitchen sink (gray tank.) Reason is two-fold: More liquids in black tank for better flushing and less odors in gray tank.
While we don't notice any gray tank odors in the TT, when camping w/o sewer hook ups and having to use blue tote for gray water dumping, that gray water can get a pretty strong musty smell. Also, we bought a bottle of gray water treatment (lemon scented) from Wal-Mart that we sometimes pour in drains, esp. in hot weather.
Hope this helps.

A very small amount of cooking oil in the traps will prevent a lot of odors. The oil floating on the water in the trap doesn't evaporate like the water does.
