The RV.Net portal has issues with certain characters. For example, it can't process percent symbols nor "smart" quotes, both single and double.

If you are having trouble posting through the RV.Net portal to the Open Roads Forum, you should try one of the others; for example, Woodall's

In addition, if the file name for the picture contains a space, many host sites will change that to a %20. The RV.Net portal will not be able to process the %.

Note: I am posting through the RV.Net portal, but used a trick to post the percent symbol, above. Anyone quoting this post, while using the RV.Net portal, will have trouble posting. Using the other portals, there won't be a problem.

Actually, I believe unless you flag the topic as a picture post in the ATC Picture sub-section, it won't appear.

Actually, I was trying to post a normal reply in the ATC... no pictures or anything... and using Woodalls.

So I tried again to post in a running thread (just a normal reply) and I can neither preview it nor make the post via either post reply or quick reply

I just get the continiuous web browser spinning thingy.

...but here it seems OK by virtur of this reply!

Have I been banned by the ATC Mods? (I have not poste anything offensive in a LONG time... heck I have not been too active here in a long time.)
