So I renewed my ERS prior to starting my last road trip and still have not gotten the cards in the mail. What I did get was more camping world junk mail, which I specifically asked NOT to receive, and so far one attempt to upsell me to another type of emergency coverage. Why don't you provide the service that was paid for before you think about selling me something else?
Did you call the roadside service customer service number and ask them? They will give you your membership number which you can use to download and print a temporary card from the roadservice website. You can also go to the GoodSam website and opt out of all future mailings. That's what I did and I only receive the offers I have asked for.

I have the number because I had ERS before, but the card has an expired date on it. I had just let it expire because the RV was parked for several months and I renewed it before my last road trip. When I tried to print the temporary card from the web site I was not able to do so. Even though I had paid over the phone, apparently that is not linked to the web site, which still wanted me to renew, and wouldn't let me print the card. Also I did not see the opt out features for mailings on the web site! I told them when I renewed my GS membership (over the phone) not to send me any junk mail, and I hadn't until I renewed my ERS.
Renewed GSRA last September and did not get any renewal cards. I did keep my expired card with the member number on it just in case. I just loaded the GSRA app on my andriod phone with my member number and it shows that I am good untill this September. the app stores all of my information so at this point, I don't need a card anymore.

I just noticed a couple of weeks ago that my ERS card had an expired date on it. I called ERS customer service and they sent out new cards. I have also downloaded the app and have all my information in there.
