I respectfully disagree. I've had a set of McKesh mirrors (Hensley Mfg.) since 1999. They have fit all of my vehicles - a Ford Explorer, a Dodge van and our current TV. They mount solidly and do not vibrate.
If your budget supports it, then by all means go the PowerVision route or similar product.
Powervision's are junk. Gm was putting them on for a couple years and stopped because they were so much trouble. The gears get gummed up and won't extend or retract. I put TTT mirrors on mine and swear by them but they're hard to find now and pricy.

They are rock solid, adjustable straps, and were used maybe 40 days last year. I went with factory tow mirrors recently so I'd be willing to let them go for a good deal if you are interested.
Absolutely nothing wrong with them, I just got tired of taking them on and off.

Agreed - but at the time I went with add ons since they were only $60 vs the 350+ for factory mirrors. I also now have to fold mine in to fit in my garage. Of course, I knew that beforehand and was ready for it.
